After signup we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible and give you materials to read and listen to. We'll also arrange a time for your first Skype teaching session with your personal instructor and give you instructions on how to prepare for your first teaching session.

The complete course takes about 30 days while the beginners course takes about 14 days. Please make sure you can do at least three short (10 to 15 minute) breathing sessions daily during that time.

The benefits of Buteyko depend on factors such as your medical history, chronic disease symptoms, lifestyle and activity level. Make an appointment to learn more.
